Drug Addiction Treatment

Here at The Journey, we pride ourselves on staffing professional, caring counselors that are committed to helping our clients receive the help and healing they deserve. Our counselors have years of schooling combined with experience, bringing with them the insights necessary to optimize their ability to assist our clients in overcoming their addictions. One of our core beliefs is that the nature of addiction and chemical dependency requires taking a holistic approach (healing the person completely and not just the symptom of addiction).

Because no 2 individuals are alike, our program utilizes the best strategies from numerous treatment techniques to ensure that our Clients will receive the assistance that will be most effective for them. Our center located near Salt Lake City, Utah is known throughout our community as an effective treatment center that provides meaningful service to our community.

Our Clinical team has expertise in the treatment of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Our multi-dimensional approach to treatment includes behavioristic, psychoanalytic, humanistic, and transpersonal. In addition to traditional treatment, our program gives the client an array of different modalities that is tailored to the client's needs. Furthermore, the residents are introduced to the Twelve-Step philosophy and to the teachings of "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz.
