Our Alcohol Rehab Center located in the heart of Utah is dedicated to helping those struggling with alcohol and drug addictions. Here at The Journey, our professional staff and counselors have years of schooling and expertise that enable them to provide our clients with the insights and assistance necessary to help them discover their true sober selves. We understand that overcoming addiction requires much more than just treating the symptoms of addiction, but that the whole individual must be healed. We know that alcoholism is in most cases an outward expression of a more serious inward issue. Therefore in our program we stress the importance of addressing all of the underlying issues that need to be resolved in order to overcome the triggers that have lead to using in the past.

Our Alcohol Rehabilitation program is always custom tailored to each of our clients. We understand that everyone has different experiences in their lives that have brought them to where they are today. From day one, our caring counselors and treatment team work with each client in developing a custom plan that will help to ensure that the clients individual needs will be addressed.

Our Clinical team has experience in the treatment of alcohol abuse and co-occurring disorders. Our dual-diagnosis program enables our clients to receive even greater insight into the underlying causes of their addiction. Our program is not an easy one, but one that has proven effective to thousands of people in overcoming addiction. Our clients are required to be active in their treatment plans, participate in events that will build their resistance to addiction and function as a sober member of a community.

Our alcohol rehab program features first-class rooms, large bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, and access to a full equipped exercise facility with full size swimming pools, racquetball courts, free weights, weight training machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and much more. Our group therapy consists of activities such as, NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action), Yoga, Creative Art Therapy, Toltec Wisdom Group, Rhythms of Life Drumming, Sweat Lodge, and Massage Therapy, all to help heal the body, mind and spirit.
