All of Our Clients at The Journey can rest assured that their stay will be confidential and private. We at Journey maintain the most discreet practices available. We know that Our Clients do not want any of their information shared or made available to anyone else. It is our standard to uphold all privacy and non-disclosure issues that may come up.

The Journey is fully compliant with all HIPAA laws and other privacy acts issued by the United States Government. Our staff is trained on all disclosure policies and laws and will not release information or even acknowledged that a Client is in our private rehab center unless approved by the Client, Responsible party, and in accordance with policy.

With years of experience in the field, we understand the power of addiction has over our clients and their loved ones. We also understand that once treatment is begun, there are often negative outside relationships that the client must be protected from in order to obtain true sobriety. Our private rehabilitation center will work to ensure that no unapproved outside parties will be allowed on the premises, that no illegal, uncontrolled narcotics will be able to be brought in by approved visitors, and that the clients are entitled to safety during their stay at our center.
